Help Desk

We leverage an automated help desk system for our clients to submit requests for technical support needs or to record requests for modifications to their existing applications. Requests are dispatched to the respective GWg personnel and response times are monitored by our leadership team.

The GWg Help Desk is monitored from 8am-5pm, Eastern Time, Monday-   Friday, except for major federal holidays.

Technology Services and Mission Based Application Support

If you submit a help ticket during normal business hours, you will receive an email confirmation immediately and our staff will review your ticket the same day. If you submit a help ticket during non-business hours, weekends or holidays, your ticket will be reviewed the next business day.
