We leverage an automated help desk system for our clients to submit a request for technical support or records for modifications to their existing applications. Request are dispatched to the respective GWg personnel and response time is monitored by our leadership team.
The GWg Help Desk is monitored from 8am-5pm, Eastern Time, Monday- Friday, except for major federal holidays.
Technology Services and Mission Based Application Support
If you submit a help ticket during normal business hours, you will receive an email confirmation immediately and the staff will review your ticket that day. If you submit a help ticket during off hours, weekends or holidays, your ticket will be viewed the next business day.
