Whether a review or as a first-time experience, our Excel Level 1 is an introduction to some of the foundational ideas of electronic spreadsheets: forecasting, budgeting, what-if analysis, etc.

To start, we will look at the MS Office 2010 tabs and the much-improved Help System, which aids the new Excel user in learning on their own between classes to develop their skills and efficiency.

The class will include:

  • How to navigate the spreadsheet
  • The type of data that can be entered
  • Spreadsheet maintenance – copying, moving and deleting
  • The most useful calculations – preparing you to return to your desk ready to produce results
  • Spreadsheet readability – to help you make your data easier to access
