Membership Application

Join GroundWork group today by following these simple instructions and completing the online application below:

  1. Have the following items handy before you start the membership application process:
    • your organization's mission statement, year founded and web address (if you have a website)
    • contact information for your CEO/Executive Director
    • approximate number of total employees (include full time, part time and seasonal)
    • approximate size of annual operating budget
    • approximate number of computers in use today
    • Submit your IRS determination letter by email (info@groundworkgroup.org) or through the US Mail.
    • If you would like to pay online also have your credit card ready.
  2. Review our Membership Agreement and download a version for your files. You must read and agree to this before you can become a Member of GroundWork group.
  3. Complete the membership application below.
  4. Pay the membership fee, online or mail us your check. Follow this link to pay your membership fee online.
  5. Submit your IRS determination letter by email (info@groundworkgroup.org) or through the US Mail.
  6. After you submit your materials and while you are waiting to hear back from us, please identify a person in your organization to serve as the GroundWork group liaison. This person will be the primary contact for GroundWork group.
  7. A GroundWork group Team Member will contact you within two business days after we receive your application.
