GroundWork group is very excited about the Breakout
Sessions for this year's conference. Since we are
less than three weeks away from the Conference date,
we wanted to take the opportunity to expand on the
day's session speakers and topics. Each year we do
our best to bring sessions that apply to current
technology topics and speakers that are experts within
those topics.

| GroundWork group's newest Members of the Board of Directors |

GroundWork group would like to welcome its newest
Members of the Board of Directors: Karen Beebe
and Roderick Houpe.
Karen Beebe is Vice President and Chief
Technology Officer for Bath & Body Works, Limited
Brands, Inc. In her role as Vice President and CTO,
Karen acts as technology advisor to Bath & Body
Works executive leadership, serving as the key
coordination and integration point between the
business and Limited Brands' technology
organization. Karen also leads Limited Brands'
Business Solutions Group which serves as the liaison
between global IT and all internal and external
customers. We welcome Karen and look forward to
the expertise she will provide to our Board of Directors.
Rod Houpe is the Chief Information Officer for
the Columbus City Schools. In his role as CIO he is
vested with ensuring technology is applied efficiently
and in a cost effective manner throughout the school
district. Some additional duties include to direct and
manage computing and information technology
strategic plans, policies, program and schedules for
business and finance systems, computer services,
network communications, and management
information services to accomplish the organizational
goals and objectives. We welcome Rod and look
forward to his involvement with our Board of Directors
including his extensive background in technology.

| GroundWork group's newest Executive Advisory Committee Members |
| |
GroundWork group welcomes our two newest
members of the Executive Advisory Committee:
Michelle Ward and Anthony DiSanza.
Michelle Ward is President/CEO of St. Vincent
Family Centers and has held that position for seven
years. In her role as CEO she leads a premier
pediatric behavioral health organization serving over
1,000 children and their families each year. As well as
being fiscally and organizationally responsible for all
aspects of her organization. Some of her major
accomplishments include: growth in revenue,
fundraising, grants and new programs, positive
change in net assets, establishment of early
childhood mental health expertise and funding,
additional service sites, renovation to Main St.
Campus and led the development and
implementation of two strategic plans.
Michelle has an extensive background and knowledge
in nonprofits as well as being able to add
conversation around the fact that St. Vincent's is a Full
Member of GroundWork group.
Tony DiSanza has over 20+ years in the
technology field with positions at Accenture, IBM and
most recently as Partner with Blackwell Services of
Central Ohio. Tony has developed strong
relationships with the Ohio consulting community and
has focused in Education and Public Sector industries
for the past nineteen years. After making the decision
recently to branch out, he became Managing Partner of
Innovativ. Innovativ Consulting Partners, LLC strives to
stand out by providing innovative and quality solutions
with a true global strategy, strong domain expertise
and trust-based relationship.
Tony served as Board President of the Salesian's
Boys and Girls Club and is a Board Member of the
Ohio State University Fisher College of Business
Alumni Association. Tony has extensive
expertise in technology and is involved with
GroundWork group's Board Matching and
Development Committee.
