The Impact of Technology on Nonprofit Organizational Effectiveness
Currently underway – GroundWork group is conducting a research project to determine the state of current IT capacity among nonprofits and to provide an in-depth analysis of the impact technology tools have on nonprofit success, from daily operations & service delivery to communications & marketing to donor management & tracking records.
We are using the results of our research to publish a report that will benefit the community in multiple ways, including:
- We will provide each responding organization with an assessment of its current technology and make recommendations for improvement.
- We will share our findings with community funders to clarify the needs of nonprofits and help generate thoughtful discussion on funding decisions.
- We will use the results to help us develop technology services that nonprofits truly need.
